Here's my story
I spent over 35 years in corporate, with the last 15 in senior people leadership ... and then I escaped!
For most of those years, I loved what I did, and I especially loved the people I worked with and the the teams I built. Don't get me wrong, I made mistakes along the way, but I also learned a hell of a lot!
I was known as the person who just "got" people, and who could build high performing teams.
From when I started in my first leadership role (working for a large media company that had yellow as part of their name), to when I finished in my last role as Head of Sales for the largest MBA provider in Australia - I had a massive learning and development curve!
Then, one day, I didn't love it any more.
I realised that my values, and those of the business I worked in weren't aligning. The way I wanted to run my team, and engage with my people (with a focus on positive culture, and leading with values and a heart based approach) was no longer possible in that environment. So, much to the dismay of my husband, I decided overnight to step away from my 6 figure, safe, corporate role, into my own business!
I've done all the things you've had to do! I've had to find the right team members, motivate and energise myself (and my team), and build a business from the ground up - but I was lucky - I had done it lots of times before in my previous roles. So, believe me when I say, I get it!

To help online business owners build confidence in their ability to hire their perfect team, build the life of their dreams and then step into the role of CEO in their high-performing, profitable business .
The Resume
Over 15 years senior leadership experience, where I built teams from 8 - 60 members from scratch. I've worked across a range of industries and business sizes, including now running my own business for 4 years. Here's some of my street cred!
- I have a MBA "so what" you might ask? Well, it's actually given me the theory behind the practical, and, fun fact - I lectured in leadership for nearly 4 years, and taught over 1000 students how to build and lead high performing teams.
- I've coached business owners for 4 years so I've transferred my corporate knowledge and training to the SME world - meaning you get the benefit of skills and resources normally only shared in big business - with a twist to make them relevant to you!
- I've built successful teams from fast growing start ups, to established businesses - meaning I've hired, fired and seen just about all of the good, bad and plain weird things that happen in hiring and leadership!
